Every project runs on a defined milestone schedule. At each stage, on-site documentation — photographs, material records, structural sign-offs — is compiled and made accessible to buyers and investors before the next phase begins.

Because Aigirii holds both the construction mandate and the brokerage mandate, there is no information gap between what was built and what is sold. The record travels with the property.

We reviewed three developers. Aigirii was the only one with a documented build record we could actually inspect.
